Why am I getting security questions that I don’t recognize when I am trying to log in to my Internet Banking?

If the security questions you see when logging on to Internet Banking/Mobile Banking are not the questions you answered at the time of signup or you have locked your questions, you have most likely entered your username and/or password incorrectly.  Check your username and password and try logging in again.  Please call the bank at 701-242-7292 for additional assistance.
